From the date of receipt, all batteries are covered by the following warranty terms:

  • 12-Month Replacement Warranty

1. Instructions for Claiming Warranty

All returns and exchanges must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

All batteries come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return the product within 30 days of receipt for any reason.

3. 12-Month Warranty

(1)Terms of Service

Within 12 months of purchase, if your battery experiences a defect not caused by human misuse, you are eligible for a repair or replacement.

How to apply:

  • ① The customer is required to cooperate with the troubleshooting process for the product.
  • ② To verify the issue, the customer must provide clear videos or photos as evidence, including the model number of the defective product and visible proof of the defect.

⚠️ Note: As a consumable item, battery capacity naturally depletes over time. This is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty. All replacement products will carry the same warranty period as the original defective item.

  • ② RMA Authorization: Once approved, we will send your RMA number via email. Please mark/print/write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
  • ③ Return product: The RMA is valid for 30 days after issuance. Returned items must arrive within this period. Please provide the shipping carrier and tracking number when sending the product.
  • ④ Inspection & Resolution: After receiving the returned package, our technical department will check the returned items. We will reschedule the battery within 2-7 working days after receiving the goods.
  • ⚠️ Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted by our after-sales team.
  • ⚠️ Disclaimer: For products outside the warranty period, medicalbatterydirect.com reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement.

4. Tiered Warranty Coverage

We offer the following after-sales solutions based on usage time:

  • ① 0–6 Months: Free replacement for non-human-caused damage. We cover shipping.
  • ② 7–9 Months: If a defect occurs, choose a 50% refund or replacement (shipping at customer's expense).
  • ③ 10–12 Months: If a defect occurs, choose a 30% refund or replacement (shipping at customer's expense).

5. Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered by the battery warranty:

  • Batteries purchased from other sellers or platforms
  • Products beyond the 12-month warranty period
  • Damage caused by user error or lack of protection
  • Damage from fire, flooding, war, or other force majeure events
  • Products disassembled or altered without authorization, or without warranty labels
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties
  • Natural degradation in battery capacity due to usage over time

6. Special Cases

  • Shipping Damage: Please record a full unboxing video. If shipping damage is detected and supported by video evidence, a free replacement will be issued.
  • Compatibility or Functional Issues: If the battery is incompatible or defective, a return and refund will be arranged.
Recurring Issues After Replacement: If the same issue occurs again after a replacement (confirmed by our inspection), a 50% refund of the order value will be issued as final compensation, and after-sales service will be terminated.

Battery Not Charging:

  • ① 0–6 Months: Covered by the seller
