RMA Procedure (Return Merchandise Authorization)
If you receive your order and later need to request an exchange or return, please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your RMA request is processed smoothly.
- 1. Keep the Original Packaging: After receiving your products, please keep all original packaging materials, including boxes, labels, and accessories. These are required if you need to return a defective or incorrect product in the future.
- 2. Request an RMA Number: Submit an RMA Request Form or email our customer service team to obtain your RMA number. Once your request is received, we will issue your RMA number by email.
- 3. Repack the Product: Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials included. Missing components may result in rejection of your exchange or refund request.
- 4. Label and Ship the Package: Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package before returning it. Ship the package to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email.
- 1. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit if the tracking number is missing.
- 2. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and loss during return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.
